Contest Offer1 Grand Prize of $1,000.00 CAD will be awarded. Contest starts January 30th, 2023 until March 31st, 2023. All Solar Club Members enrolled as of March 31st, 2023 will be entered into the draw for the Solar Club Contest.

EligibilityThis Contest is open to all Solar Club Members in and Residents of Alberta, Canada, the age of 18 or over, excluding Utility Network & Partners Inc. as well as businesses with employees in the immediate families of such business (living in the same household as the employees). The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

How to EnterContest is open to all Solar Club Members as of March 31st, 2023 as well as all residents of Alberta age 18 years old or over. Existing Members do not need to take any further action. Prospective Members must be fully enrolled before 11:59 PM on March 31st, 2023. No Purchase necessary.

No Purchase Necessary & Mail-In Entries (required by Criminal Code of Canada)To enter without any purchase entrants may hand print their name, address, e-mail address, postal code, and phone number on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper and sign it. Place the entry form in an envelope and mail it with sufficient postage to: 1316 9 Ave SE #200, Calgary, AB T2G 0T3. Entries must be received by March 31st, 2023. Limit of one (1) entry per envelope with sufficient postage. All mail-in entries will have the same odds of winning as those received via Solar Club Membership. Faxed or e-mailed entries will be disqualified. Utility Network & Partners Inc. shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.

Prize DescriptionOne (1) Grand Prize of $1,000 CAD will be drawn on April 3rd, 2023. The Prize will be issued thirty (30) days after the end date of the Contest closing, March 31st, 2023. Prize will be provided via bank transfer to winner's Solar Club membership bank account. The Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Prize DrawingThe winner will be randomly selected via a draw from all eligible Solar Club Members. The draw with take place at 1316 9 Ave SE #200, Calgary, AB T2G 0T3, Utility Network & Partners Inc. on April 3rd, 2023. The winner will be contacted by email & telephone at least three (3) times within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be contacted at that time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards Utility Network & Partners Inc. or its affiliates.To win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone, and he or she will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing Utility Network & Partners Inc. from all liability relating to the Contest. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to Utility Network & Partners Inc. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time, another entrant will randomly be selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards Utility Network & Partners Inc. or anyone involved in the Contest.

Condition of ParticipationClaiming the Prize constitutes acceptance of these Contest Rules by entrant. Utility Network & Partners Inc. does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this Contest or the Prizes. The Prize winner agrees by accepting the Prize to release Utility Network & Partners Inc. from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize(s) as awarded and confirming compliance with Contest Rules. By accepting the Prize, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes and in all mediums utilized by Utility Network & Partners Inc. without payment or compensation.

Chance of WinningChances of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible Members enrolled on or before the Contest end-date.

Ownership of the ContestThe Contest is managed by Utility Network & Partners Inc.
